How do I reset the phones linked to my Smart Door Lock?

Resetting the Smart Door Lock with the Property Card does not delete the Smart Keys that are paired with it.

If you want to delete a Key, go to the Smart Door Lock settings in the Home + Security app.

Insert your Property Card for 12 seconds to reset the phones linked to your Smart Door Lock.

This reset will allow you to remove all existing smartphones paired with your product.

We recommend you reset it before reconfiguring the product in the Home + Security app.
