What should I do if I lose the Property Card?

The Property Card is unique to every Smart Door Lock and cannot be reproduced if lost. Keep it in a safe place.

If you lose the Property Card, your Smart Door Lock will continue to work, but its functionality will be limited.

You will be unable to:

  • Reinstall the product in the Home + Security app.
  • Add a new Smart Key to the register of authorised keys from the Home + Security app.
  • Share control of the Smart Door Lock with another member of your household from the Home + Security app.

However, you will still be able to:

  • Lock and unlock the door with the Smart Keys previously paired with the Smart Door Lock.
  • Delete Smart Keys.
  • Lock and unlock the door from the Home + Security app.
  • Create invitations from the Home + Security app to provide temporary access to your guests on Home + Guest.
