Please note that there are 2 LEDs on the Indoor Camera Avance:
- The LED on the right of the lens indicates the status of the camera.
- The LED just below the lens is used for infrared night vision & ony turns on when it is dark. This infrared LED looks red to the human eye.
The colors below correspond to the status LED, located on the right of the lens.
Note: If you wish to disable the status LED, you can do so in the advanced settings of your camera by following the steps below:
- Go to Settings > Manage my home
- Select the room in which is located your camera
- Select your camera
- Go to Settings
- Turn off the toggle button next to LED status indicator
Green
- Fix - The camera is starting (early boot phase).
- Glowing - The camera is starting (advanced boot phase).
Note: If the LED stays green for more than 5 minutes & the camera does not respond in the Home + Security app, it means that an error occured. Please reboot the camera by unplugging & plugging it again. If the problem persists, please contact the Support team of Netatmo.
Red
- Fix - The monitoring of the camera is ON. Live stream is available & videos can be recorded.
Blue
- Fix - The camera is configured in the Apple Home app & the monitoring is OFF. Videos cannot be recorded, but live stream is still available through the Apple Home app.
- Glowing - The camera has started Netatmo pairing mode but is not paired yet.
Note: If someone watches the live stream from the Apple Home app, monitoring will turn & remain ON as long as someone is watching. If no one is watching, the monitoring will turn back OFF.
White
- Glowing - The camera has started Wi-fi pairing mode but is not paired yet.
- Fast blinking - A request to identify the product has been made from the Apple Home app.
Orange
- Fix - A hardware issue has been detected, please contact the Support team of Netatmo.
- Glowing - A hardware issue has been detected, please contact the Support team of Netatmo.
- Fast blinking - Netatmo or Wi-fi pairing has failed. Please consult this article: Advanced network troubleshooting guide, and retry pairing your camera. If it still doesn't work, please contact the Support team of Netatmo.
Pink
- Fix - The camera has started updating its firmware.
- Fast blinking - The camera is updating its firmware.
