The serial number of your Indoor Camera Advance consists of 7 characters and follows this format: g123456

You can find it in two places:

• On the back of the product packaging box
  
• Inside, under the camera's base. To access it,
  1. Hold the camera's base in one hand and unscrew the bottom with the other hand.
  2. Then slightly separate the base from the foot, being careful not to disconnect the camera's power cable.
  3. The serial number is located under the base on a gray label with a barcode.
