How to install a Thermostat on a Thermo Hub
1. Reboot the Thermostat
Remove the batteries, insert them again, and wait for the Thermostat to reboot.
You should see a “Hi!” animation, followed by a snake animation.
If the snake animation does not appear.
The Thermostat is already paired with another Thermo Hub, but cannot reach it.
In that case, the Network LED on the Thermostat is red, and you need to reset the Thermostat.
2. How to reset the Thermostat
Press and hold both Home and Away buttons.
Keep holding until a countdown appears.
Keep holding until the countdown finishes and an animation shows up.
The Thermostat will reboot. The snake animation should start again.
The Network LED should now blink green.
You can then retry the installation in the app.
How to install a Thermo Link on a Thermo Hub
1. Check the LED
Make sure the Thermo Link LED is blinking green.
If not, press the button once.
If the LED still does not blink green.
The Thermo Link is already paired with a Thermo Hub, but cannot reach it.
You need to reset it.
2. How to reset the Thermo Link
Press and hold the button for more than 10 seconds until the LED turns red.
Release the button.
A factory reset will start, and the product will reboot.
After reboot, the LED should blink green again.
You can now restart the installation in the mobile app.
