How do I reset my Thermo Hub?

This article explains how to perform a hardware reset of your Thermo Hub.

This operation is only useful in the following situations:

  • Resale of the products

  • Resetting Matter settings

  • Unexpected product behavior (as a last resort)

You do not need to reset the Thermo Hub in the following cases:

  • Loss of Wi-Fi connection

  • Wi-Fi reconfiguration

  • Radio module reconfiguration

  • Unexpected heating behavior

To perform a hardware reset:

  • Plug the Thermo Hub into a power outlet using the power adapter. During startup, the LED will blink green.

  • Press and hold the Thermo Hub button until the LED turns red.

  • Release the button when the LED is red. It will then blink white, and the Thermo Hub will restart (the LED blinks green during the restart).

Important:

  • After the reset, all data stored in the Thermo Hub (Wi-Fi credentials and Matter configuration, heating schedules, etc.) will be deleted.

  • The product must be reinstalled before use.
