This article explains how to perform a hardware reset of your Thermo Hub.
This operation is only useful in the following situations:
Resale of the products
Resetting Matter settings
Unexpected product behavior (as a last resort)
You do not need to reset the Thermo Hub in the following cases:
Loss of Wi-Fi connection
Wi-Fi reconfiguration
Radio module reconfiguration
Unexpected heating behavior
To perform a hardware reset:
Plug the Thermo Hub into a power outlet using the power adapter. During startup, the LED will blink green.
Press and hold the Thermo Hub button until the LED turns red.
Release the button when the LED is red. It will then blink white, and the Thermo Hub will restart (the LED blinks green during the restart).
Important:
After the reset, all data stored in the Thermo Hub (Wi-Fi credentials and Matter configuration, heating schedules, etc.) will be deleted.
The product must be reinstalled before use.
