If your camera is not brand new, or if there is no protective film on the lens, first clean the lens carefully.
If the picture is still blurred, the lens may not be working correctly.Please follow these steps to perform a soft reset of the optical block:
- Unplug the camera. Plug the camera back in.
- Wait until the green LED lights up.
- Unplug the camera again.
- Repeat these steps 3 times.
This will perform a soft reset of the optical block.If the picture is still blurred after completing these steps, the issue is likely caused by a defective lens.
