Please check that the Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor is not placed directly next to a noise-generating device (fridge, etc.). Please switch off Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor for a few hours; if after switching it back on, the problem persists, please check you’re using the provided power adapter.
WARNING: The product must be powered at all times with the provided power adapter. Using a third-party adapter may damage Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor. Powering Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor via your computer’s USB port will not work.
