Firstly, please check that there is no element blocking the Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor’s vents (such as dirt or spider webs). Dry and clean your Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor with a clean cloth. You can place it above a mild source of heat (such as an Internet modem, for example).
Remember: it is strongly recommended to place the Smart Indoor Air Quality Monitor in a location sheltered from direct sunlight, in order to not distort the humidity and temperature measurements.
