The location of a Station and of eventual other products placed in the same virtual Home corresponds to the location of the Home. It is not possible to modify the location of only one product.
In order to create a new Home for your Station or place your Station into an existing Home you have to install the product first.
Please find the setup procedure on this article. At the end of the procedure you will visualise a screen that invites you to either create a new Home for your Station or place the Station into an existing Home.
It is not possible to change the location of a single product in a Home, changing the location in the app settings changes the location of the whole Home.
To change the Home’s location:
- Go to Settings > Manage my Home
- Click on the 3 dots on the top-right corner and select “Location”
- Enter the desired address in the search bar or move the pin and click on “Confirm”
If you want to modify the location of only one Station in a Home, you need to create a new Home or move it to an existing Home.
If your Station is already installed and you want to place it in another Home, you should remove the Station and install it again. This will result in the loss of the Station data history. This loss is not reversible. If you do not want to lose your data history, please contact us and specify:
- For a new Home, the Serial number of the Station
- For an existing Home, the Serial number of the concerned Station and the name of the existing Home.
