In this situation, we suggest that you connect the Relay with a mobile device from another brand (Android or iOS).
You will be able to control your products with the Energy app on your Huawei smartphone once the Wi-Fi connection is established. If you cannot install with another mobile device, please follow this link to download the setup wizard for your computer depending on its Operating System: Windows / Mac OS
Once downloaded, run the wizard and follow the instructions. Connect the Relay to the computer with a micro-USB cable only when asked by the wizard.
