My parcel is stuck at IMX. This is not the carrier that I chose. What is happening?

IMX is a sorting centre with which Netatmo works for several carriers: DPD, HERMES, GLS, SDA, MRW, and more.

Parcels are received by IMX and then dispatched according to the carrier and delivery country.

The following are the possible status message you may receive:

  • ‘Parcel L4NTO reference XXXXXXXXXX is being prepared’: your parcel has left the warehouse and is pending receipt at IMX.
  • ‘Parcel L4NTO reference XXXXXXXXXX has left the IMX sorting centre’: your parcel is being routing to the delivery country.
