The Home + Security app displays "error code 01". What does it mean?

The error code 01 means that the application Home + Security cannot access the requested video.

Please perform the following steps:

  • Check if the smartphone with which you are using the application Home + Security has a good connection.
  • Verify that the bandwidth of the network to which the Camera is connected, is not too low (high data traffic). The minimum speed connection is 25 KB/s upload and download for the Camera to work. You can use an online speed test such as https://speedof.me/ or http://www.speedtest.net/ to verify it.
  • Restart the Camera.
