I have no videos, even though the Camera is plugged in and I have Wi-Fi.

Note that even when the Camera is not connected to the Internet, it continues to record and detect events. The list of these events is updated whenever the Camera finds a stable connection.

If you don't see any videos in the Home + Security app, this could be due to several reasons:

  • The surveillance function is deactivated. To reactivate it, go to your dashboard and tap the "Surveillance" button under the relevant camera.
  • The event recording feature is deactivated: go to the Home + Security app > Settings> Change security settings > [product category]
  • The internet quality on the smartphone used to access the Home + Security app is not good enough.
