No, the Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm is a detector which doesn't detect the smoke. In fact, it's not recommended to have a two-in-one product because the ideal location for a carbon monoxide alarm isn't the same as that of a smoke alarm. A carbon monoxide detector must be placed on the wall as carbon monoxide mixes with the air, whereas a smoke detector must be placed on the ceiling because smoke rises very quickly.
The Netatmo Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm is an NF-certified product, a certification that doesn't certify two-in-one products, but only separate smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarms.
