How can I factory reset my Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm?


Resetting your Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm is useless in the event of:

  • Unreachability issues.
  • Wi-Fi issues.

Reset is relevant only when:

  • You give away/sell your Netatmo Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm.
  • The factory reset deletes all the data and configuration of your Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm.


  1. Go to “Manage my home”.
  2. Select the room where your Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm is located.
  3. Choose the product you want to reset and select “Delete”.
  4. Then hold the “reset” button at the back of the product until the blue LED lights up.
