Where can I find the serial number or MAC address for my Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm?

If your Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm is already paired to your account, you can find the MAC address by following these steps.

Steps

  1. Open the settings.
  2. Go to “Manage my home”.
  3. Select the room where your Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm is located.
  4. Choose the Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm from the menu.
  5. Scroll down the screen

You can also find the serial number at the back of the Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm. You have to remove the Smart Carbon Monoxide Alarm from its wall mount by turning it counter-clockwise. The serial number is “gXXXXXX”, X being either a digit or a letter.
