How can I change the Wi-Fi configuration of my Camera? I changed my router, how can I configure my Camera to connect to internet again?


  • It is useless to reset your Camera before reconfiguring the network.
  • If you are reconfiguring a Smart Outdoor Camera, you will need the setup QR code (card included in the box).


To configure it, go to the Home + Security app > Settings > Manage my home > [product's room] > [product's name] > Configure network, then follow the steps in the app.
