I just wanted to adjust the true temperature as it is showing wrong temperature and thus heating when it shouldn't making the room way too hot.
Anybody else experienced that? And do you know of a solution for it?
I have had to set the away condition in order to make it just a little comfortable in the room.

for a few days now I've been struggling with my smart valves, not only can't I change the temperature to the real one, but after a few hours of setting and resetting and calibrating and when everything seems to be working, the next day when I come home it's 28 degrees. I'm fed up with netatmo valves, money down the drain, and they used to work well, so I think it's your fault - Netatmo has broken the app. Never again

I have had this issue for 24 hours now. Please can whatever change was applied that resulted in this issue be reversed so that we can return to the functionality working propertly. You can then debug the change you are trying to make at your own ledger but without end users having to suffer with radiator valves that are showing the wrong temperature

I also have the same problem. All I can say for sure about the new application is that nothing in it works correctly as before!

The samé problém. I dont understand why this fix take a long time, i dont uderstand how its possible to update production system without testing. This issue costing me money.

I'm experiencing the same problem. When I try to set the true temperature, nothing changes. This is an issue because my room is at 23°C, but the valve shows 20.5°C and the heater keeps running continuously

Yes they updated graphs, analytics views etc. and forgot check basic functions :-)

The problem with corporations is always the same - they keep changing what is good to something better in their opinion. In most cases it doesn't work. My valves and thermostat worked perfectly for over 4 years until some ace wanted to be employee of the month

I would like to add to the reports regarding the malfunction of the True Temperature feature. I have a house in the mountains that I rent out, and the perceived temperature differs significantly from that detected by the valves. This is causing discomfort for both me and my tenants.
I have tried calibrating the temperature using an external thermometer, but the changes are not being applied or displayed correctly in the app or on the valves. It has been some time since the official communication on 22 April 2025, and I would like to know if there are any updates or a timeline for resolving the issue.

It still doesn't work.
Furthermore it gives an error if you type the value on the keyboard and press enter.
The fact that it took 14 days for an update, that still doesn't work is not impressive.
And it makes it very hard to keep recommending the product to family and friends as I used to.

I replaced the entire Netatmo system with products from another reputable brand, the valves work perfectly, there are no problems with connection, settings, the temperature in the rooms is set perfectly. I just hope that Netatmo will not break the weather station now☹️

FYI Netatmo Energy was updated week ago and update is rolling out, so the fix should be in the next update when it comes out.

@ Simon, when will the next update come out do you know? I already have the Apple store version of the app that was released a week ago (v4.5.0) but the issue remains present.
