good morning, trying to find the new base for wind gauge (part L), but no chance to find it anywhere.
preferably a supplier in CZ. thanks a lot

Take a look here, Wind Gauge „L. Base“ is the last one in the list.

Go to „Submit a request“ and send them the necessary information.
I did that, no reaction, no response

I have the same problem as many others with a broken screw in the base of the wind gauge base.
All the links you have regarding the problem in this helpcenter leads nowhere. Please help me fond a correct link for spare parts.
You’re right, the site with the spare parts either got removed or it is a webserver issue.
Maybe Giada shed some light on that 🙃
