Offline, but still recording
Hi.. My Netatmo Presence is offline in the app and on my PC, but the detection and recordings works fine and previews are visible in the app. I have tried to reset it numerous times and it will go all the way through the setup, including connecting to WiFi. But if I look in the camera config, there is no network connection..
If I look in my router (Google Mesh) the camera has an IP address and connection testing works fine.. What's wrong?

@oberide: SORRY!!!! In such a case, my message is directed to all Netatmo's staff..
After reboot of the cameras, one camera has no connection even it is still recording and showing the preview in the timeline. The problem is NOT solved! Having this problem now the fourth day and IT IS A SECURITY PROBLEM as the service is not reliable.
@fred.hemp: you can stop them by yourself. Just click on the button UNFOLLOW at the top of this thread.

Hello, Netatmo: they said the problem had been fixed... After a reboot everything worked again. No luck... The cameras are still offline (not connected). What is the actual current status?
The same issue, my two welcome camera are offline on security app and on the website. In apple HomeKit they are go online and offline. I cannot check if my siren sound…
On our side, the issue is fixed.
Have you electrically rebooted your devices?
The external camera has stopped working again for the past 2 hours. Νot fixed after electrically reboot.
Now they are working. No possibility for me to reboot, in fact I’m not at home.
Now the camera is connected
My outdoor camera is not working. I have disconnected power and wifi and connected again, but the camera is still not working. What shall I do?

... 3 Indoor-cams (from 19 indoor/outdoor and newer/older) are still not fixed/connected. :-(
My Presence went offline again 5 minutes ago.
Apparently the problem has still not been fixed.
What is the current situation for other users?
Today again 4 (of 19) cameras are not "connected" in the app and browser (yesterday there were only 3; and there is also one that was already connected).
Turning off the power and restarting doesn't help.
And unfortunately “they reconnect automatically” doesn’t work for me!
It's starting to stop being fun.
These products suck now. It’s not the first time that the outdoor cams are blind just in the situation when they are needed. I even thought they are being manipulated because the disconnected only when I left the house. That’s so boring. I will start researching for alternative.
15:25 today. All cams offline again. 2 outdoor and one indoor. This must be joke, indeed.
Now 3 of 9 cameras were offline again for approx. 20 minutes
There are still TWO (older) indoor cameras (of 19 indoor/outdoor) not reconnected!
I also have no access to the cameras (neither via the app nor the wizard), nor can I restore them or even address them in any way.
Thank you very much, I am currently very happy about Netatmo's products and also the way of communication. :-(
It is also interesting that there are currently no more indoor cameras available for purchase in the shop.
Is there a reason for that?
