Netatmo Energy - Lost All Connections
As of a few hours ago I have no connectivity to my heating system at all. This is using my Android App, my daughter's iPhone App and the Web App. What is going on. I reconfigured the relay using Bluetooth and re-set up the Wifi. No other issues with Wifi in the house. But still no connectivity to the thermostat or valves. How long until this will be fixed please ?

All functionalities have now been restored. Our teams continue to monitor the state of the infrastructure and the network and mobilize all the means necessary to improve the continuity of our services.
Rest assured: if the relay is offline or the servers are unavailable, the thermostat and valves will continue to regulate heating according to the schedule. You can still adjust the setpoint using the physical buttons.

I too have lost all connection on my app. This is the second time in three months.
There is no automatic notification that Netatmo system is down.
Same here. I was thinking that was an issue on my side but seems is not.....

I have also lost connection to my heating system on my app. What is the problem?
Mine is operational again. Worrying that they have inserted their server as a key component in heating my house. Is this a recent change ? I would not have chosen Netatmo had I known this. There's no logical reason why anyone's heating system should cease to operate due to a server outage.
My access is down again too! This should never happen, especially twice in 3 months. Have Netatmo issued again comms to let its millions of users know of their system issues?
Hi, I've lost my connection to the thermostat from the app too. I can't see the temperature info and It appears a ! instead. Anyone know what can I do? Do you have the same problem?

Very annoying to depend on their servers etc. In winter... lol
Same issue in Italy.....I am partially relieved it is not an issue on my side but really annoying...
All connections to my 4 thermostat locations are down, they were down last night as well

I would appreciate an offline mode where the system and app works as long as you are connected to WiFi.

It depends on region... for some users work fine now.
In Spain the system is not yet operational.
Still down here in UK. No heating since yesterday morning. Very frustrating....
In the UK here also and ours is still down since last night, is there an update somewhere when this will be sorted. We are unable to use our heating due to this and seriously considering moving away from netatmo to Hive. Where can we get a up to date real time update, so we can understand when this will be back up and running??
