If your Camera is linked to your account, go to the Home + Security app > Settings > Manage my home > [product's room] > [product's name] > QR Codes and generate the QR code. You can save it or print it, which we highly recommend.
The Support Team can generate a new setup QR code for your Camera, only if you cannot generate it from your Home + Security app.
In order to generate a new QR code for your Camera, we need a proof that you have physical access to the Camera. Please take a photo of the Serial Number Label on the Camera. You will find it under the bottom lid, as shown in the image below.
Please make sure the number is readable in the picture. Then send it to the Netatmo Support Team along with your request for the setup QR code.
Please note that for obvious security reasons, we will not be able to provide QR codes for a camera that has not already been reset and is therefore still associated with a different Netatmo account than yours.
