First, make sure that Wi-Fi reception is good at the spot where you will install the Camera. You can check that by placing your smartphone at the spot and browsing internet.
For optimal performance, install the Camera at a height of 2.5 to 4 meters (8 to 14 feet) with a tilt angle of around 30°. The Camera can be installed on the ceiling and the image can be rotated 180° from the advanced settings of the product. The Camera cannot be mounted horizontally.
