How to reconfigure the network of my Thermo Hub?

The network reconfiguration can be initiated from the Home+Control application.

Go to Settings > Manage my home > [Thermo Hub room] > [Thermo Hub name] > Configure network and follow the instructions.

The process requires removing the saved Wi‑Fi credentials. The application will ask you to follow these steps:

  1. Press the Thermo Hub button until the LED turns solid white, then release the button as soon as the LED turns white!
    ⚠️Watch the LED color closely during the reset process. If the button is held too long, the LED will turn red, which will trigger a factory reset: all product data will be erased (saved data, planning, link with the other modules)!

  2. The LED will blink white, and the product will reboot.

  3. During reboot, the LED will turn green.

  4. Once restarted, the LED will blink blue, and you can continue the setup with the new Wi‑Fi settings following the app instructions.

After the Wi‑Fi reconfiguration, you will need to set up the Matter association again if required.

If the Thermo Hub is not reachable, you can also start the procedure from the dashboard by tapping the red banner "The Thermo Hub cannot be reached”, then selecting “Wi‑Fi configuration”.

If the configuration fails, reboot the smartphone and the Thermo Hub. Make sure Bluetooth and GPS are enabled before restarting the Wi‑Fi configuration.
