If you have already started the return process and filled out the form with your personal information (first name, last name, address, etc.) at the first step, this may automatically lead to a change in the URL of the return link.
The last 3 characters at the end of the link will be replaced by the first three letters of the last name entered in the form.
This URL change happens as long as your personal details have been entered at any point:
- Whether the return process has been completed, or
- If an issue prevents the return label from being generated.
Example
For a customer named Alex Miller:
- Link provided by Customer Service:
https://consumer-path.shoprunback.com/en/netatmo/"ticketID-1"/--- - Link after the contact form is completed:
https://consumer-path.shoprunback.com/en/netatmo/"ticketID-1"/mil
Once the form has been filled out, clicking on the original link (ending with ---) will result in a 404 error.
How to fix the issue
To access the correct page, simply replace the three dashes (---) at the end of the original link with the first three letters of your last name.
