You can stop receiving Netatmo newsletters and marketing communications at any time using one of the following methods:

Option 1: Unsubscribe from an email

1. Open the most recent newsletter or promotional email you received from Netatmo.
2. Click the Unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the email.
3. Your unsubscribe request will be processed shortly.

Option 2: Update your communication preferences

If you have a Netatmo account, you can manage your communication preferences directly from the Netatmo app or web app:

1. Sign in to your Netatmo account on the mobile app or web app.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Select Communication Preferences.
   • Depending on your platform, you may need to navigate to Settings > Communication Preferences > News, Promotions and Tips.
4. Deselect the topics you are no longer interested in and/or the communication channels through which you no longer wish to receive messages.
5. Save your changes.

Note: It may take a short time for your updated preferences to take effect. You may still receive messages that were scheduled before your request was processed.
