The light stays on permanently

If your Netatmo Outdoor Light stays on without turning off:

MODE switch on the Netatmo Outdoor Light

  • Check that the MODE switch is set to A (automatic) and not M (manual). In manual mode, the light stays on permanently.
  • If MODE is already set to A, check that the TIME dial is not set to the maximum position (10 minutes) and that there is no continuous motion in the detection zone.
