If your Netatmo Outdoor Light does not turn on at all, check the following:
- Power supply: check that the circuit breaker is on and that the circuit is energised.
- Control switch: also check that there is no switch controlling the electrical outlet where the product is installed. If so, lock it in the on position to prevent the light from being de-energised.
- Wiring: check the electrical connections between the light and the mains.
- PWR indicator: in normal operation, the PWR indicator glows red after power-up. If this indicator does not light up, there is likely a wiring or fuse problem.
