If your Netatmo Outdoor Light does not turn on when someone passes by:
- Check that the MODE switch is set to A (automatic).
- Set the LUX dial to the ☀ (sun) position for a daytime test.
- Increase the range via the SENS dial (towards 10 m).
- Check that no external light source is directly illuminating the PIR sensor at night.
- Make sure people pass in front of the sensor (perpendicular movement) and not straight towards it.
