The internal software (firmware) on Netatmo products is updated automatically. The products are therefore equipped with the latest features and optimisations without requiring any intervention on your part.
When an update is available, it will be rolled out gradually to all connected products and may be staggered over several weeks. Updates cannot be accelerated.
NB: Once your Relay is up to date, the modules connected to it (Thermostat and Valves) will be updated one by one. This procedure may take a few days depending on the number of modules and the quality of the radio link.
