I can‘t Data from my created app either. Tokens are created but if I refresh the page, I get this error message and the Tokens are gone again.

Those are all the same product, just different production codes. The only two different devices are the „Netatmo Smart Thermostat“ and the „modulating Thermostat“ that uses the OpenTherm protocol.

Have you activated the APs 2.4GHz option? The cameras only support 2.4 as far as I know.
