Unable to raise support ticket
I have tried a frustratingly large number of times to submit a ticket to Netatmo Help Desk.
In Edge, half the inputs are broken/missing. In Chrome the page looks completely different, but still doesn't work.
I got a 403 in Edge, in Chrome I just get redirected back to the "Submit a request" page with no indication of success or failure.
Is there an email I can submit my ticket to instead?

I tried the same today without luck. Not only is there no functioning link to their " Submit a Request" page, but most of their web pages that are supposed to be in English are in both English and French. A part of the page begins in Enlish and then switches into French. I've never seen the likes of it.
I think netatmo is totally down

Please try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or using a different browser.
I’ve reported the bug about some content appearing in other languages on the English website, and it will be corrected soon.
You can find the “Submit a request” button at the end of each article in our Help Center.

I have no issue locating the form. I am simply unable to submit the form, however.
I have tried on two different PCs, and across Edge, Chrome, and Firefox. All latest versions. I've also tried in Incognito mode (to ensure there are no stale cookies).
On Firefox and Chrome, the page just briefly refreshed when hitting the submit button. In Edge, I get a 403 error.
The strange part is that the form looks different depending on the browser. The number of fields is vastly different in Edge as compared to Firefox and Chrome.

I can submit a request, I have just tested it. Please do not use the link you sent.
What do we do when we get no response to the support ticket we've raised and there are no phone numbers?
I raised a ticket 10 days ago and requested an update 5 days ago for a faulty product.

I am following your instructions, and i arrive at the form you said I shouldn't use. Please tell me what to do here?
Or please link me to the correct form for a lost QR code.
(Oh, and I can't even log in to this page in Edge, I had to use Chrome)

Please describe here the issue you are experiencing, which product and its serial number. I will create a ticket for you 🙂

did you manage to solve the ticket issue? I tried to make a few and after few tries it seems like one got through. But i get no response from Netatmo...
So seems like they did not try to solve it or they dont really care for customer support.
