And for me! Wish we'd kept the unreadable thermostat which at least paired with the app and boiler properly. Don't get a new one!

I've had exactly the same problem. Two different engineers have tried to get the new one paired to my app and boiler without success. We wish we'd kept the old unreadable one, which worked OK apart...
