This article explains how to perform a hardware reset of your Range Extender.

You do not need to reset the Range Extender in the following cases:

• Loss of Wi-Fi connection or Wi-Fi reconfiguration

• Unexpected heating behavior

To perform a hardware reset:

• Plug and unplug the product 3 times in a row

• The product will reset and reboot.

• After rebooting, the LED will start blinking green as the product starts searching for a new Thermo Hub

Important:

• After reset, the pairing with the Thermo Hub will be deleted, and the range extender will no longer extend the network.

• The product must then be reinstalled before use.
