I am not receiving the automatic Eco-Assist notification, what should I do?

Eco-Assist relies on the geolocation settings of your smartphone to detect when you are approaching or leaving your home.
To ensure that Eco-Assist works properly, please make sure to:

  1. Enable the geolocation services in the Home + Control application in your smartphone settings
  2. Allow notifications from the Home + Control application

Set up Smart Notifications in the Home + Control application on each smartphone where you want to activate the Eco-Assist function.
