I wish to return/sell/give away a product associated with my Netatmo account.

When you dispose of a product (return for exchange, gift or resale) that has been associated with your account, it is strongly recommended that you reset it to remove all traces of your personal data.

To do so, follow this procedure: How can I reset my Smart Indoor Camera?

NB: As no personal data is stored on the accessories (Smart Indoor Siren, Smart Door and Window Sensors), it is not necessary to reset these products.
