I can't find my previous orders in my account. What happened?

Netatmo's online shop has been revamped!

If you had an existing account before June 29th, 2020, the account remains active. You can log into your account with the same credentials (email address and password).

However, the history of your previous orders and purchases on our e-shop are no longer available.

Rest assured, we still have access to this information and can provide you an invoice as proof of purchase at any given time. If you want a copy of your invoice, send us a message.
