I can't find my previous orders in my account. What happened?

Netatmo’s online shop has been completely revamped!

If you created an account before July 17th, 2025, your account is still active. You can log in using your existing email address and password.
However, please note that the order history from the previous version of the e-shop is no longer visible in your account.
Rest assured: Netatmo still retains access to your past purchase records. If you need an invoice as proof of purchase, simply contact us and provide the following details:

  • Your first and last name

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for the order

We can send you a copy at any time.
