Netatmo's website has been revamped!
Starting July 17th, 2025, we switched to a new e-commerce platform; therefore, the history of your previous orders and purchases on our e-shop is no longer available.
If you had an existing account before this date, the account remains active. You can log into your account with the same credentials (email address and password).
Rest assured, we still have access to this information and can provide you with an invoice as proof of purchase at any given time. If you want a copy of your invoice, send us a message.
