  • Can I cancel my order during Black Friday?
No, no order cancellation requests will be accepted during Black Friday.
You can contact us to request a return for a refund of your order following the reception of your parcel within 60 days.
 
  • I didn't receive any order confirmation. What can I do?
Please check with your bank or PayPal's customer service if there was a charge for your attempt, depending on the payment method used.
If you have proof of payment, send us a screenshot so that we can investigate.
 
If there weren't any charges, you could delete the cache and cookies of your browser or even change the browser to try again.
 
  • I cannot complete my order. What can I do?
We recommend that you delete the cache and cookies of your browser or even change the browser to try again.

  • How long do the Black Friday promotional offers last?

This year, the Black Friday promotional period will run from November 17th to December 1st, 2025.

  • I haven't received my order. When can I expect it?
Due to the overwhelming orders we receive during the Black Friday offers, the shipment of the parcels is delayed.
The preparation period is longer than usual, as is the delivery.
Please know that we have taken all the necessary steps to minimize the expected delay.
You will receive notifications about the shipment and the delivery status of your parcel by email.
 
  • I have a discount code, but it is not accepted in your shop. What can I do?
Please check the terms and conditions of the discount code in your possession.
You cannot combine two offers on the same product if it is already discounted.
If you have a specific discount code to be used on Black Friday offers, please send us a screenshot with the error message.
 
  • I want to change my delivery address. How can I proceed?
Once an order is validated, we cannot modify the delivery address during the Black Friday promotional period.
The parcel will be delivered to the given address.
