I placed an order on the website, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Was my order received?

The order confirmation email is sent from: contact@eshop.netatmo.com
If you do not see it in your inbox:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Confirm that your payment was successfully validated

If your payment was validated but you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Email address used for the order
  • Proof of payment
