I placed an order on the website, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email. Was my order received?

Verify that the email sent by Netatmo is not in your spam folder.
If you don’t find the email there, please contact us with your first and last name and the email address used for the order so that we can check the status of your order.
Also, check with your bank or other payment if the payment was successful. If successful, please send proof of this payment for investigation.
