What emails do I receive after placing an order?

After completing a purchase on our e‑shop, you will receive three emails from Netatmo:

  • An order confirmation email – sent once your payment is validated and your order is created.

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking reference – sent when your order is dispatched.

  • An Invoice email – sent shortly after shipment.

In addition, you will receive delivery status notifications from our partner ShipUp.
