Netatmo offers a 60‑day withdrawal period for all orders placed on our e‑shop.
This 60‑day period starts on the date your order is delivered.
All returns made within this timeframe are free of charge.
How to return your order?
You can start the return process here.
Please follow the on‑screen instructions to download your return label:

Search for your order using:
your order number (format: AA-9999999)

the first three letters of your last name
Check and confirm your personal details (address, phone number, etc.).
Accept our partner’s Terms and Conditions.
Select the products you wish to return and indicate the reason for return.
Choose the return carrier.

Download and print both:
the return slip
the return label
Attach the return label to your parcel.
Drop off your parcel at the indicated post office or pickup point (depending on your chosen option).
Request a proof of deposit including the parcel’s tracking number.
I can't find my order, what to do?
If the system does not recognize your order, please contact us and provide:
Your order number or a copy of the purchase invoice
The reference and quantity of the product(s) you want to return
The reason for return (optional)
After we receive your parcel
Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse:
It will be checked and registered.
If the returned products match the ones declared, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
⚠️ Important:
Only items belonging to the selected order may be returned.
If an item that does not correspond to the order is sent back, it cannot be returned nor refunded.
