To access your tracking information, please follow the steps displayed on the page:
- Enter your order number (format: AA‑9999999) along with the first three letters of your last name.
- Review and confirm your personal details (address, phone number, etc.).
- Accept our partner’s Terms and Conditions.
- Click “Follow return tracking” to view the status of your parcel.
