Once your parcel is received at our warehouse as part of the withdrawal process, all items are carefully checked and registered. If the return is compliant, a refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. This delay can vary depending on your bank and may take several days.
After each refund (whether full or partial), a credit note will be issued. This credit note serves as confirmation of the cancellation of the original invoice in our system.
Please note that it is not a voucher and cannot be used for future purchases.
