I returned by order, but I still haven’t receive the refund. What is happening?

Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, it will be checked and registered. If the returned items match the products originally declared, your refund will be issued within 14 business days.
Please note that only items belonging to the selected order can be refunded. If a different or unrelated item is returned, it cannot be sent back or refunded.

Track your return

You can follow the status of your returned parcel here.
To access your tracking information, please follow the steps on the page:

  • Look up your order using the order number (format: AA-9999999) and the first three letters of your last name.

  • Verify and confirm your contact details (address, phone number, etc.).

  • Accept our partner’s Terms and Conditions.

  • Click on “Follow return tracking” to view your parcel’s status.

If your parcel shows as delivered, but no refund has been issued


If the tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered to our warehouse but you have not yet received your refund, please contact us and provide the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of parcel drop‑off (showing the tracking number)

  • A copy of the return label used for the shipment
