How can I reset my Smart Indoor Camera?


  • Resetting your Camera is useless when:
    • Having disconnection issues;
    • Having trouble watching videos;
    • Having trouble receiving notifications.
  • Reset is relevant only when:
    • You give/sell your Netatmo Camera.
    • You want to erase the HomeKit configuration.
  • The factory reset deletes all the data and configuration of your camera, including the SD card, which is formatted.


  1. You can reset your Indoor Camera by turning it upside down so that the LED starts blinking in green color.
  2. Remove the micro SD card and wait for the LED to blink in red color.
  3. Then, reinsert the micro SD card. The LED will make five fast blinks twice in red.
  4. Leave it powered until the LED turns green (it can take up to 2 minutes).
