Serial number
For the Energy ORIGINAL range, it consists of two letters followed by six characters (e.g., mg12ab56).
MAC address
Sometimes, the Thermo Hub's MAC address needs to be entered in the Wi-Fi router settings to establish the connection.
The MAC address can be deduced from the serial number. Just replace the two letters ‘mg’ in the serial number with ‘00:04:74’ and complete it with the final six characters of the serial number.
For example, if the serial number is mg123456, the MAC address is 00:04:74:12:34:56.

When installed, in the app
For products that have already been installed, you can find their MAC addresses in the Netatmo app settings.
- Thermo Hub: Settings > Manage my home > [Thermo Hub's room] > [Thermo Hub's name] > Serial number.
- Thermostat: Settings > Manage my home > [Thermostat's room] > [Thermostat's name] > Serial number.
- Thermo Link: Settings > Manage my home > [Thermo Link's room] > [Thermo Link's name] > Serial number.
