I lost or broke a part of my Doorbell, how do I get a new one?

If you are missing an essential part for the use of your Smart Video Doorbell, please send us a message with:

  • the reference (number) of the part from one of those listed below,
  • a copy of the original invoice,
  • the delivery address of your choice.

  8. Bracket / connector screw (specify the desired quantity)
  9. Mounting screw and anchor
  10. Security screwdriver
