My air conditioner does not respond to a schedule change or manual action, what should I do?

The remote control recognised during the automatic detection process may be very similar to yours, for example it may be of the same make and model.
 
In this case, please launch the advanced configuration process from the product settings to adjust the control of your AC: Menu -> Manage my home -> Room selection -> Smart AC Controller -> Advanced configuration.
