My air conditioner does not respond to a schedule change or manual action, what should I do?

It is possible that the remote control recognized during the automatic detection is very similar to yours, probably of the same brand and similar model.

In this case, we invite you to launch the advanced configuration from the product settings in order to adapt the control to your air conditioner:

Menu -> Manage my home -> Room selection -> Intelligent Air Conditioner Control -> Advanced remote control configuration.
